The following Terms & Conditions of Sale apply, unless otherwise stated.

General

Any order resulting from our website shopping carts shall include the acceptance of the following terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns Policy

Product returns can be arranged by contacting us in writing, via our email address.

You can indicate your intent to return a product within 14 days of receiving your product. You have a further 14 days after indicating your intent, to return the product by a suitable delivery means or arrange drop off at our works.

If you do wish to return your order, or just certain items from it, please contact us and provide the following details:

Your Web Order Number
Date of Purchase
Your name
Your full address
A contact phone number

On receipt of your email, we will provide you with a Return Product Authorisation (RPA) number. Indicating this number clearly on the packaging of the goods you are returning will help ensure that your returns are processed quickly.

You will be responsible for the return delivery cost.

Guarantee and General Liability

In the event of any faulty workmanship on our part, we undertake to use our best endeavours to remedy such faults as quickly as possible but we do not accept responsibility for any loss (occasioned by such faults or negligence) incurred by the customer whether by loss of profit, loss of income or any other loss whatsoever and our liability shall be limited strictly to remedying such faults.

Delivery Costs

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are exclusive of delivery cost to and from our works.

Packing

All goods will be dispatched by us in suitable packing which will effectively protect the finished articles during transit. Please contact us if special packaging is required for your application.

Delay, Loss or Damage

Every endeavour will be made to dispatch products on the agreed/stated date, but we cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for delay in dispatch, loss or damage to products arising from fire, floods, strikes, lock-outs, war, civil commotion, accidents, acts of god, or any other cause outside our control.

Terms & Conditions of Sales Continued

Default

Should any default be made in paying any sum due to us or should a Receiving Order or Winding up Order be made against the customer, then in any such case we may, at our option excercisable at any time, either suspend all further deliveries until the default be made good or cancel the order in so far as any further work remains to be done, by written notice to the customer of our intention so to do, but in either case without incurring any liability and without prejudice to the right to recover any payment due the customer shall indemnify us for any loss sustained in consequence of the non-completion of the contract.

Title

The title to goods and services supplied shall not pass to the buyer until full payment has been received.
